The success of commissioned work depends as much on handling client relationships as on the quality of the work produced. Yet creatives are rarely educated or knowledgeable about establishing, negotiating and maintaining working relationships. This workshop explores what makes the difference between ‘ideal’ and ‘nightmare’ client relationships and suggests ways to encourage the former and avoid the latter.
